Collecting some anonymous data on the users of the Blue Derby trails is very useful in aggregate form, and allows us to keep the trails free and constantly improving. We may collect this in the form of optional surveys.

All the data we collect is anonymous. We never ask for personal contact or identifying information. We do collect aggregate demographic data which is very useful to understand who is using the trails

How this data is used

Aggregate data from surveys etc is used for external funding purposes. For example, knowing where our riders come from can be very useful.

Trail usage data is used to study the popularity of trails.

We only share aggregate data with third parties for funding purposes. We never share individual information.
